Next, we take the prospects we’ve attracted and convert them to actual leads. To do this, we create special content offers and exchange for visitors’ contact information. These can be ebooks, white papers, webinars, infographics, and more, as long as it’s valuable information for your prospects.

Your quality content offers, or Calls-to-Action (CTAs) as we call them, lead to landing pages with forms that prospects must fill out and submit in order to download their free offer. And, voila! The prospect has become a lead, and your sales team can follow up with them.

To determine when and how to attempt a close, we use closed-loop reporting analytics and log all lead-based activity in a CRM (Customer Relations Management) system. We also use lead nurturing methods like email and marketing automation.

We ask your customers what they think by requesting feedback and offering surveys. We also keep an eye out on social media for your customers’ questions, comments, and reactions.
